Saturday proved to be a woeful day for Manchester United.
What was supposed to be an easy game against Wolverhampton Wanderers ended in a 1-1 draw, with Fred’s debut goal falling short to provide the winner, as Joao Moutinho equalized for the Wolves in the second-half.
Jose Mourinho didn’t appear to be the happiest of men, as he stormed into the tunnel after the full-time whistle, and rightly so, as the side put in some great displays during the game, but simply couldn’t provide the cutting edge that was required to see the game through.
One player, in particular, has been facing the brunt of the criticism for his below-par showing, and that is Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean, who was expected to have a spectacular season at Old Trafford, has failed to impress, and him being substituted on Saturday tells a lot about his showing.
In fact, fans have lost patience with his style and the sheer pay-grade he commands, and have taken matters into their own hands by tweeting at him after the dismal showing.
Alexis Sánchez is on course to becoming our worst signing ever. Gabriel Obertan and Bebe did more in a United shirt than he’s done. Fix up or get out.

Alexis Sanchez must be the biggest fraud that Manchester United have signed in the last two decades. His destiny must be in a box somewhere at the Emirates stadium locked up and sealed.

These aren’t flattering things to receive, and it seems quite grim for the former Gunner.
Clearly, his bad run of games is quickly running sour, and coupled with United’s own mixed form, the forward is enroute a barrage of doubt that we are all too familiar with.

With many names at the Old Trafford vying for his starting spot, this doesn’t bode well one bit.
Much hype was raised when he signed for the club last winter. Has all of that now been thrown in vain, or does some spark still remain in the once feared forward?
